Privacy Policy – Gmail EML Exporter

What the extension does Gmail EML Exporter lets a user connect their own Gmail account, see which companies email that mailbox, and export selected emails as .eml files to their computer.
Data accessed With the user's explicit consent (Google sign-in, scope gmail.readonly, read-only), the extension accesses the connected mailbox through the official Gmail API:
To discover companies it reads sender, subject, date and size of messages in the timeframe the user selects. These are stored locally in the browser (IndexedDB), per mailbox.
To count a company's emails it runs Gmail searches that return message identifiers only.
To export, it downloads the full content of the emails the user selected and writes them as files into zip packages in the user's Downloads folder.
To show a preview, it downloads the content of the single email the user opens; previews are not stored.
Where data goes All processing happens in the user's browser. The extension communicates only with Google's Gmail API (gmail.googleapis.com) and Google's sign-in endpoints. It does not send mailbox data, message content or identifiers to Axess Intelligence or any third party. Exported files are under the user's control; what the user does with them afterwards (for example uploading them to an Axess Intelligence system) is a separate step governed by the applicable agreements between the user and Axess Intelligence.
Authentication The Google access token is kept in memory for the browser session and is not written to storage. "Disconnect" revokes it at Google. The address of the last connected mailbox is remembered locally so the user is not asked to sign in on every visit.
Retention and deletion Cached scan data stays in the browser until the user disconnects and clears it, or uninstalls the extension. Nothing is retained by Axess Intelligence through the extension.
Google API Services User Data Policy The extension's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
